How do I install Alcatel driver?

I don't know how to install it, all I see after downloading and upzipping is "MTK_Qualcomm_ADB" folder, inside are "install.vbs" file, "uninstall.vbs" file, Qualcomm and MTK folders. I I tried to click on "install.vbs" file, nothing happend, so I tried to install through Windows Device Manager, using the ".inf" file in the Qualcomm folder, but failed. I've just bought my phone for 1 week and I am new to Android, so don't curse me...
P/S: I read this instruction on reddit and got stuck in step 3.
1. Plug device into computer, wait for "normal" MTP drivers to install. You'll probably get an error about the ADB interface driver failing.
2. Open the notifications dropdown and select "Connected as a media device" (was the default for mine).
3. Select "Drivers CD-ROM" from the USB Computer Connection list.
4. Open My Computer and open new "USB Driver" drive (was E on my machine).
5. Double-click Setup.vbs, then click Install on the "Android USB Driver Manager" screen. (Click Uninstall to uninstall the driver)

Building Alcatel ROM from Source!

Since i couldn't find any Custom or Stock rom for OT-993 (not 993D), I'm trying to compile it form the source code,
Only found an open source firmware, Which need to be compiled first in order to be flashed via custom recovery,

Alcatel 4015T Simply Unable to Root - Please Help

I have been at this on and off for months now and have exhausted just about every option I come across. Ive tried just about all the options on the XDA forums, and dozens of options found throughout Google, I'm at a loss but there has to be a way to root my phone.

I have an AT&T Prepaid GoPhone (Alcatel 4015T) (Fastboot shows device mt6572v1_phone). The phone is cheap, pretty uncommon, and Ive only discovered maybe 3 people on Google that have had the same question for the same phone but it all went unanswered.

The only progress I have ever made in rooting is booting it into fastboot mode, in this mode fastboot will show the device id (Which I noted above but again its mt6572v1_phone), from there I can do nothing else, all commands sent to it, however they are sent to it through dozens of vendor ids such as (0x1bbb) or no vendor ids, no matter what it will just hang and sit there indefinitely with three dots (...) waiting for the command to be sent or accepted.

Furthermore , in fastboot mode, the only sole way to reboot it is to remove the battery as the entire physical device is unresponsive as soon as FastBoot starts up. Im really desperate to root it but am beginning to lose hope in the idea that its even possible.

Bricked Alcatel Pixi 2

I need a working driver for the Alcatel OT Pixi2 (4016x).

My brother deleted some root files by mistake and bricked the device. It stucks on the boot logo.

Im trying to flash the OS through flash tool but I'm stuck because I can't get the driver to install on Windows 8 (obtained from, symptomdb.com/alcatel-pixi-2-pc-suite-driver/software/2015/04/28/).

Any solution, suggestion is also welcomed.

Alcatel OT Fierce dropping network overseas

I have an Alcatel One Touch Fierce, originally T-Mobile, currently unlocked, stock ROM (4.2.2) rooted. It had no connection issues in the US or in Germany, but anywhere in Israel after boot it connects to the mobile network for only a fraction of a second, just long enough to receive a bunch of brand new notifications, and then it immediately drops the network and can't find it again. It does this both on a T-Mobile sim while roaming, and with a local sim.

I was unable to find any posts with similar issues for any handset, and I couldn't find a dedicated forum for my device to make a post. If I could get any help with this that would be amazing, thanks.

I have a problem with my Alcatel One Touch Star 6010x.

When I turn it on the first screen (before asking for PIN code) appears and I can listen to the sound but nothing more happen, I did the reset but the device is equal.

Could anybody help me please?

Hard bricked Alcatel star

Hi, first sorry for my bad english. As you can read from the title my Alcatel One Touch Star is hard bricked.That happened when i was uploading mp3s from the PC to the phone and I just took the usb out from the pc.Then the phone started reacts very strange so i decided to restart it but it turned off by different way and didn't turn on again. I'm not coming straight up there. I have tried many things from the google and other threads here but my phone don't show any sign of life. I tried all methods of clicking buttons for going into recovery/download mode( i don't know how it is called exactly ) but nothing works. I tried pluging it into PC but it doesn't show up. That is why i think is hard bricked. I have given the phone to a man who fix phones and he told me that the phone is dead :D .I have heard that this is the best android forum so that is why i'm looking for help here. Sorry if the thread is in the wrong section.
