I can't connect to my phone when in fastboot mode

When my phone is in fastboot mode (blue LED) FlashTool log prints message "INFO - Device connected in fastboot mode" but this is all what I can get. Nothing else works in this mode. FlashTool wants me to set device into fastboot mode but it is in this mode at the moment.
