Alcatel OT Fierce dropping network overseas

I have an Alcatel One Touch Fierce, originally T-Mobile, currently unlocked, stock ROM (4.2.2) rooted. It had no connection issues in the US or in Germany, but anywhere in Israel after boot it connects to the mobile network for only a fraction of a second, just long enough to receive a bunch of brand new notifications, and then it immediately drops the network and can't find it again. It does this both on a T-Mobile sim while roaming, and with a local sim.

I was unable to find any posts with similar issues for any handset, and I couldn't find a dedicated forum for my device to make a post. If I could get any help with this that would be amazing, thanks.

Alcatel One Touch Fierce Kitkat upgrade

I have Alcatel One Touch Fierce (Firmware 4.2.2, Build L31UM11). I have rooted this phone - at least that is what Root Checker and other tools report. I have following questions that someone can help me with

1. I want to install Indian language on this phone. How can I do that?


2. I want to upgrade this phone to Kitkat. How can I do that?


3. From where can I obtan the stock ROM of this phone
