Does the Nexus Player support 1080p60 in YouTube and/or Twitch?

The Nexus Player is on sale this week for at Best Buy, and I'm considering picking one up, but I need to know if 1080p60 is supported in both YouTube and Twitch before I buy. Otherwise I might need to wait a week for the Google conference to see if the new version (assuming there is one) supports these features.

If anyone who has one of these could verify, I'd greatly appreciate it.
