Volume sound problem of Alcatel Onetouch Flash 6042D

Hi, I am facing a problem of my new Alcatel Onetouch Flash 6042D. It's headset sound is too low to hear. The ring tone also very low to identify. I tried Mobileuncle but no 'Audio' found in the 'Engineering section'. This code (*#*#3646633#*#*) is mentioned in several places but this also not working.
Please help me to get rid of this problem. Thanks in advance.
