how to flash alcatel pop d3??? plss help

hi guys. good day.

my alcatel onetouch pop d3 was stuck on a logo when im trying to turn it on. i try searching for a flashtool for it but I cant see some good resul. hope you can help me guys here. thanks in advance. :D
