Would like to flash Unofficial Cyanogenmod 12.1 but unable to find root insutrctions

so, as the title kind of says, i would like to flash the Android 5.1.1 - Unofficial Cyanogenmod 12.1 onto my AT&T GS3, however i can't seem to find any clear instructions on how to do so, mostly when it comes to rooting as all the rooting guides that i've found do not list my build number as supported

KOT94H.I747UCUFNJ2 with android version 4.4.2
