Loop on cyanogen 12.1 screen

i follow all the steps to put on my xt925 that custom rom but im stock on loop after motorola red symbol and i even cant turn off my device or cant do anything on menu when i hold turn on/off button and volume down.
how i can restore my device?when nothing works in the menu?:(:(:(:(:(:(:(
