[ROM,TW] Darklord v2.2 Need XSE CSC

Hello,

I have SCL22 KDDI AU From Japan. Status of my phone is rooted and DarkLord V2.2 Rom installed noe.
My SIM Card not detected because when I install the ROM there is no XSE CSC. I try CSC Changer, Region Lock Away,
and others apk but none of it working.

Yesterday I try to flash SCL22KDUBND3_SCL22KDIBND3_KDI from odin 3.07 & 3.09, but FAIL.
