I installed this new rom on my unlocked galaxy s3 i747 (at&t) and i use it on tmobiles network. the rom is S3Rx 4.0 TouchWiz 4.4.2 UCUFNE4 (11-9-14) link is provided

After i installed it i lost all data service and cannot make any calls. I even installed my previous rom which was cm12.1 nightlies and flashed the latest modem I747UCUEMJB but it still did not do anything. Does anyone know what i can do to get back my data/calling service
