Hello,

Looking to install Windows 10 on my laptop - yeah I know!!

Will I need usb drivers specifically for Windows 10 to be able to tinker with my M7 or can I used windows 7 drivers?

Not seen any Windows 10 drivers around.

RSD Lite works on Windows 10?

Hi, I currently updated to windows 10. I have all the android adk installed and motorola drivers installed as well. However RSD Lite will not recognize any of my motorola devices. Is RSD Lite working for anyone on windows 10? Or am I doing something wrong? :confused:

Windows Phone 8/8.1 on Moto G?

Is there a rom or something... I heard that there was inports Windows phone OS for Android devices with certain CPU and the Moto G has it. So I am wondering if there is a Windows Phone 8/8.1 rom for Moto G (preferred model: XT1028)? Because I would like to try Windows phone OS out without buying a Windows phone.

Windows doesn't recognize device plugged into usb

I flashed a custom rom wicked s5 xperience to my phone... It works awesome. Problem is now when I plug into usb it will charge but says the last device plugged into usb has malfunctioned and is not recognized. I tried to uninstall drivers and re install but no go. Any ideas on a fix?

Help, How can I download 2 whatsapps on windows phone

I Have look all over the web and forums but couldn't find my answer.. I just got the nokia Lumia 640 XL dual sim and I wanted to download 2 separated whatsapps each for my different number on the same windows phone..

Can't see Firephone in windows

I set USB connection as File transfer, previously I was able to see it in my windows computer under portable devices, but after I disabled some system apps of Firephone, also disabled most permission of running apps and disabled auto startup options of the apps, I can't see Firephone in windows now, though adb debugging still works.
Any ideas? Thanks.

Windows Mobile for Surface

So I downloaded Windows Mobile 10240 leak, and used (FFU) ImgMount Tool v.1.0.15 and then was looking in the DIR, and I found this INF file ERRATA.INF. Within that file it mentions Surface Pro 3, and has this line;

SURFACE_OEMID = "NVIDIA" ; Surface defines "NVIDIA" as the OEM ID in its tables.

Isn't the only Surface with Nvidia Surface RT and 2?
Does that mean Windows 10 Mobile possibly has been build for the Surface RT/2 for testing and maybe release?
Anyways, I captured the DIR from ImgMount into a WIM file if anyone is interested in looking at it more in depth, let me know I'll post the link to it.

G2 not detected in windows when using flashtool in download mode

Hi, first of all, I don't have my phone bricked, I'm on aosp and I want to test cloudy 3.3; I know I don't need to use a kdz method but as I didn't update official stock lollipop rom, I wan't to make a clean install.

The problem is that using any of the guides (kdz,tot method) I can't go further than entering in download mode, beacuse windows 10 isn't detecting the phone in download mode, I have installed the driver (different versions too) and nothing.. I'm desperate.

Has someone an idea??:confused::confused:

USB Drivers on Windows 10

I have been playing around with my Xperia Z2 for a couple of days now, and I cannot seem to get the last remaining drivers installed, that is required for me to unlock boot loader.

I have tried the ways described on Androids "unlockbootloader" website, without succes.

Then I started googling around, and found a driver tool in another thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2635830) and when I run the program, and select the "Fastboot Drivers", it fails the installation.

When I try to install the driver manually from "Device Manager", where you select the driver for "S1Boot Fastboot" --> Browse my computer for driver software --> ~\Local\Android\sdk\extras\google\usb_driver

So what could I have done wrong? Or could it be that the drivers just aren't compatible with Windows 10 yet?

using 3g internet on windows 10

After updating my c5j6 to Windows 10, the option to use 3g internet with the use of a simcard is gone. Anny idea how to fix this problem?

Windows ce generic head unit radio

I just purchased a "windows 8" unbranded radio from Amazon and it does most of what I want. It looks like an Ouko but for the life of me I cant find model. I have some small problems and I'm out of places to look for help. One the settings page doesn't work. It is like it is waiting for a password. I tried resetting but that didn't help. I can press buttons on the page but it does nothing. Not sure what to do. I can't even change the time and date.

Next I need help operating the radio. There a re so many options on the page it just isn't intuitive. Otherwise it works pretty sweet. Back up camera is nice. The GPS is ok..not very smart. Blue tooth works well and that is all I've tried so far.

Can anyone help me or point me in the right direction. I'm no developer but I make CNC machines for a living so I'm not totally incompotent...lol

The Live version works.

I would now like to create a dual boot on your hard drive.
Unfortunately without success!

When starting Windows and Android me appears.
Windows can I boot, Android not.

How do I access to root files on Windows

Hello everyone.My system restarting itself over and over and I know why.I have to gain access to root directory files to edit a file.My device is on TWRP right now and my pc recognizes it.I have access to sdcard and external sdcard right now.I want to know how do I access root files through windows.I tried "Android Commander" but it didn't recognize my phone.I see some articles about ADB but I don't have enough info to use that.Is there a guide or something to use that for it? Do you know another way? Please help me.

Installing Android on Windows Tablet

Im using this sites turorial (http://forum.xda-developers.com/wind...stick-t3091481) to install android on my windows tablet (stream 7), this is working great, I can plug my usb into the tablet and run android off of that. But I would like this to be bootable off of my microsd card or a partition on the windows drive, as far as I can tell this cannot be done with out a keyboard attachment for the tablet, that isnt a problem but I also need the USB plugged in at the same time! The tablet only has one port and the tutorial is requiring 2, is there anyway I can install android on the drive not the usb with out using a keyboard?

unable to load adb drivers for sideload using windows 10

I've been looking around and can't find a thread discussing issues with installing sideload ADB drivers using windows 10. Any suggestions on if this discussion exists or a fix? Any help is greatly appreciated
