Tablet running really slow

This tablet has been great, running complex things like Injustice perfectly. For some reason is has really slowed down recently, even just using the home screen.

I have almost 7 gigs free/

WiFi Rom on an LTE Tablet

I am fairly new to Android as a whole so I apologize if this is a noob question.

I have the LTE shield tablet and I do not use the LTE on my tablet because AT&T does not have coverage here and that is not going to change anytime soon. So I noticed there are some roms that are only made for the WIFI version. Are there any dangers to flashing a WiFi Rom onto an LTE Tablet?

Have my tablet been bricked?

My tablet is ASUS Transformer Pad TF303cl.
After doing of the following tasks, Asus logo appears but boot animation doesn't but rather screen becomes black and turns on and off continually.
fastboot erase config
fastboot erase cache
fastboot erase firmware
fastboot erase ADF
fastboot erase factory
fastboot erase vendor
fastboot reboot
Because it is possible to go to fastboot mode, I did factory reset and reflashed stock firmware by 'fastboot flash update UL-K014-WW-11.4.1.34-user.zip', but my problem has not resolved.
What's the matter? Is my tf303cl tablet bricked? What can I do?

Is there a way to get Tablet mode on 4.4.4 (xposed, etc)?

Is there a module/app that will allow you to simulate tablet dpi on a per app basis? Thanks in advance.

ROOT For the 4 Year Old SONY TABLET S (NOT XPERIA!)

Hello everyone! I'm new to the forum and i'm here only to share with you a tip! or maybe many!
So i was looking for a ways to reduce lag on ICS and i stumbled upon a way to root any android device . and i tried it .... I was ready to take the risk on my 3 year old tablet to see if it was worth it... .and it was .....
I don't take any credit for this method of rooting the Tablet S . This is the simpler than all the AiO tools out there . And it can root 4.0.3 rev5A!!!!!! (yes!)
Requirments
Sony Tablet S 16GB/32GB on 4.0.3r5a (Or 3.2 this works with any version above 2.3)
KingRoot App (download link below)
Charger(we dont want to get stuck on a bootloop because we didnt have a charger!)
SD card for backup
RootChecker App if u dont believe me

This method does not require creating a backup... but do it just in case.
Download and install the KingRoot app.
Open the application swipe down till u see Sony Tablet S Root Strategy Found...
Then its pretty simple. just click on the root this device button...
Your device may reboot during the process
and voila! now you have root on your Tablet S

Now, unfortunately you cannot install custom recovery on your device because the bootloader is locked or you cant install custom roms(wish i could) but this post is only for obtaining root ... pls dont criticize me for the above reasons

Also, im not responsible if your device gets bricked ... rooting is a dangerous process and your device is your responsibility . Dont blame me for bricked devices.
I DO NOT TAKE ANY CREDIT FOR THIS APPLICATION! THANK THE CREATOR OF THE APP AND NOT ME!

Another tip ... If your device gets stuck in a bootloop, get into the recovery and do a factory reset. and if that doesnt work... try restarting a few times.

lenovo tablet bricked

hello guys, i was messing up with my lenovo idea tab A1000 to change the model (playing with the build.prop ) and rebooted but it is stuck at lenovo logo, i hard-reset it and wiped all data but no use, is it bricked ? :( and how can i unbrick it ? please help. and thank you:)

8.4 Tab S or Sony Z3 Compact Tablet?

I have reading all sort of reviews on the Samsung and Sony.

It seems to summarise into the below, but would like some real world feedback. Particularly how they are behaving on the latest version of the firmware. (I am looking at the 4G/LTE version for both

Sony Z3 Compact Tab
. All the reviews I read showed this was faster
. Worse screen but still good
. Better sound
. Large bezel
. Great battery life

Samsung Tab S 8.4
. Slower due to bloatware *but have read the latest version of android may resolve this?*
. Bigger screen and fantastic quality
. Average sound
. Small bezel
. Weak battery life *resolved with latest android?*

I can get them for about the same money, give or take £10. So price isn't an issue.

What are your thoughts? Particularly in light of the latest software releases. I know both Sony/Samsung can release some rather patchy updates!

a little problem to play the best game ever on my tablet

Hello, sorry for my "bad" langage but i'm french and your my last hope :crying:.
I installed the game fallout 2 on my tablet but the emulator exagear can't make it run at the beginning because a problme with the resolution 640x480 appears: " error initializing video mode 640x480."

So i'm searching for solutions to make it run with a greater resolution. But any resolution i choose before launching (via the screen resolution on the right of the exagear screen) doesn't work.
Someone to help me please?

Bricked Z4 Tablet

Unlocked.
Tried loading fxp aosp 5.1 rom and failed.
Relocked using androxyde flash tools.
Tried restoring with Sony Companion and got error 2003 (can't restore to customized device).
Tried flashing stock via flash tools (downloaded 3 roms from xperiafirmware) with no luck - Keeps getting stuck on block 17 of system.sin.
Can't use sony emma (doesn't support z4 tablet).

Tablet Z restarting no matter what stock ROM has

So I had this SGP321 for over a year now.Bought it brand new from this guy on the internet for a suspicious low price.Not a real shop or anything so no waranty. It worked very well for a few months then I noticed it started rebooting every now and then.After a OS update that was rolling out at that time (can't remember the version) the reboots were more often.After the KitKat update arrived and I downloaded it,after the process was over and the phone had to reboot,it entered a reboot loop that could not be stoppped (apart from forced shut down,but with same thing when trying to turn back on). I repaired the OS with the PC tool,no changes.I flashed older versions of stock OS with flashtool,reboots every couple of minutes. Then I installed Cyanogenmod 11.That worked very well,no reboots,but had many bugs and battery draining fast in stand by (about 1% per hour no matter what I deactivated,or with various apps to induce deep sleep). The new CM12.1 does not work,keeps rebooting.

Now,yesterday I tried again and again to get the tablet to work with a stock ROM. I only intend to use it for reading comic books,so all I want is a stable ROM with good battery life.So I would like to have a stock one. But why does a custom one run fine on it and a stock one keeps rebooting? I tried Sony forum but they were at a complete loss and sent me here for help.Any ideas?

Installing Android on Windows Tablet

Im using this sites turorial (http://forum.xda-developers.com/wind...stick-t3091481) to install android on my windows tablet (stream 7), this is working great, I can plug my usb into the tablet and run android off of that. But I would like this to be bootable off of my microsd card or a partition on the windows drive, as far as I can tell this cannot be done with out a keyboard attachment for the tablet, that isnt a problem but I also need the USB plugged in at the same time! The tablet only has one port and the tutorial is requiring 2, is there anyway I can install android on the drive not the usb with out using a keyboard?
