How to speed up a chinese tablet?

I have a MyAudio tablet (I don't know the exact model, because it doesn't say it anywhere) and it has [drumroll] 323 Megabytes of RAM! What can I do it to get the most out of it?
Oh, and I can't root it 'cuz nothing works. :/
