Ok google issue?

Hi,

I have recently installed Kybui Rom running 5.1.1 lollipop on my note 4 N10F variant. Everything works great except google now. There isn't any options for ok google anywhere only ok google in app. Its not like they're greyed out either they're completely missing from the app completely. I've tried disabling S-voice, downgrading the google app but nothing gets it working at all.

I seem to be the only person having this issue which is even more frustrating though have read about it happening on S6 devices but can't seem to find a solution. Does anyone know how I can get this back? I know I can use nova launcher and there's open mic+ to do it but nova only works on homescreen and open mic is dodgy when veiwing videos last time I used that app so just want it working natively again.

Problem with Contacts and Google Sync

Greetings guys,
I had to reset my phone to defaults this afternoon, so i lost all apps, data and contacts. When i try to sync with my google contacts, i never got all of contacts back, althought i always selected save to google account when i added a new contact on my phone.

It's like some contacts "stuck " to the google account and where synced back, while others didn't.
What could have gone wrong ?

[Request] New Google Logo Bootanimation

Hi!
I've been searching for Google's new logo boot animation on nexus 5 threads and even on other phones' thread.
Can't seem to find one that will work on our device.
Found one but it's too small.
Tried editing the desc.txt but it didn't show the bootanimation at all.
Hope someone would be kind enough to make the New Google Logo bootanimation.
-Currently on Cataclysm sept.10 release. elementalx kernel. 290 dpi.

Unknown issue with Google Play services

I have this error "Unknown issue with Google Play Services" whenever I try to open Gmail... Couple of weeks ago, I skipped some updated and all my google related apps stopped working.. gmail, chrome, photos.. I somehow managed to fix them by uninstalling and reinstalling but gmail is not getting fixed. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks a bunch. Cheerz

How to change to Google Now Launcher

Hello,

Could anyone advise me how to change to the Emotion UI v3.0 to Google Now Launcher please? I've tried a method which was used on the Honor 6/6+ but it doesn't seem to work for me. I want this phone as close to stock as possible! :D

it changed my Google launcher :P now its vertical scrolling like ANDROID M :P

Google dialer

Hi i would like to switch on google dialer or any other dialer but after i installed true dialer, dialer + etc after choosing contact it and click on dial it goes from lg default dialer screen how can i totaly switch to other dialer? I don't like that caller photo in lg dialer is to small

Is there a modded Google now transparent widget available in can use for my phone as I hate the white background

Error "Update google play services" after updating to 5.0.2 Lollipop

So I updated my Galaxy Grand Prime (SM-G530H) to 5.0.2 Lollipop via youmobile post and using the final firmware which is recently.

Everything went good except I'm always having this error that says "Update google play services, Google play services won't run unless you update Google play services" and I did updated it

so does anyone knows what is the problem or experienced the same thing and knows a fix?
Any help appreciated ..

Google play crash with CM12 on OPO

Hi all,
I updated my OPO to CM12 and the google play services can't be updated leading to the notorius battery drain plus several other issues.
It's all stock, less than 1 month old unit, what can I do?
The previous version, CM11 was great, the current YNG1TAS17L is creating only problems.
Please help.

Google keyboard missing english

Hi,

On my old phone I always used to type with the Google Keyboard. Mostly switching between English and Dutch with the button next to the space bar.

Now, on my Honor 7, I don't have the option to select English when choosing languages.
I can only choose either "Use system language" OR one or more "Active input methods" but that last one does not include English.

Anybody with the same issue or a solution for this?

Related but not such a big issue. My layout should be azerty but is now qwerty.

MIUI 6 Developer Global - Google Services Broken

Used the update.zip flash tool in recovery mode to load MIUI 7 (5.9.18 Global) from
http://obigota.d.miui.com/5.9.18/miu...5312c7_5.0.zip

Now google services won't work. I am at a loss to work out what to do. I have cleared the cache for all google apps and also cleared cache in recovery mode.

Any help would be appreciated.

GPS location & direction in Google Maps

When using Google Maps, I'll press the circle to center in on my location, and the arrow is supposed to show the direction I'm facing. About half the time, it shows me facing about 30 to 90* in the wrong direction. The arrow will move left or right as I do, but still faces the wrong direction. There have been occasions when it will show the dot and arrow moving and facing backwards while I'm driving. This hasn't affected Navigation, as it still accurately shows my location. Has anyone else noticed this, or have a solution?

What I've tried so far: Sensor Calibration under the *#0*# menu.

Also, I had this issue on my Note 4 as well.

Google Now Issues on both N6s

I was wondering if anyone else is having issues since the last update. Both phones updated and now Google Now has stopped pushing any updates except for stocks. Anyone else having that issue? I tried resetting all of the settings, setting it back up ect, but to no avail.

Automatic calendar sync between exchange and google calendar

Hey there,

I've got a question:
I've got several calendars at my mobile phone - including an exchange calendar from my job.
All calendars are available at my Google account and accessible via browser, except the one from my job. At the office, the Exchange prohibits publishing any calendars, but since I've got it available at my mobile phone: Is there a way to make the exchange calendar accessible via Google calendar at any browser?
An app which would automatically copy any changes from the exchange calendar into one of my Google calendars would be perfectly fine :)

So.. Does anybody got a trick or hint for me?

Google Play Store "No Connection"

Dear all,

I have a LG G Flex,. it was rooted and I unrooted it using SU Unroot method.
Google Play store was working fine on wifi etc. But few days back, it has stopped working.

I tried clear cache, gmail account removal and re-add. I can't do Host file method as its un-rooted now. I don't want to do FACTORY RESET.

Any other way to fix this?

Google photos problem

Hi all,

When I try to turn my backup on for Google photo's there is no account to select when I turn it on so it currently isn't backing up.

I've cleared the cache and data for the app and still not working so am wondering if anyone has had the same issue and managed to resolve it?
