Problem zith unlocking HTC desire 601 using the unlock utility.

Hi all;
when i have a HTC Desire 601 still locked to a canadian network. I dont know the network to which it is locked. I downloaded the following files:
Android USB drivers zip
HTC_Desire_unlock_v0.9.5 rar
HTC driver 4.2.0.001 rar
HTC manager sync
I did the following
Activated USB debugging
Started the phone on HBOOT.
Installed Android USB drivers
Launched adb.exe
Launched HTC DESIRE unlock utility but received the following results
