a problem for s3 mini | Broken USB PORT and BROKEN ROM | Help ME!

Exclamation PLZ help!
HI!
I know than , i must have original ROM Before installing Custom ROMS! But I have a Custom ROM that it has many Problems! if i want to install a new Custom ROM , i must install a original ROM before it but i cannot connect my phone to pc because it has problem!

please find a custom ROM for me that i can install it on recovery mode and it dont need a originall ROM before installing CUstom ROM!
