Currently the unofficial xposed for Lollipop takes a hit on the performance of our phones. So no per app DPI via App Settings.
Like many of you, I've used Texdroider. Unfortunately my Camera and Dialer are not scaled.
I've already seen the thread by @bala_gamer but that is long dead and the OP has no links for N910F
