Photosphere problem - The image file does not contain the required panorama metadata

I use google camera to take photosphere pictures.
After processing the image, most of them for some reason don't have the photosphere property's.
When viewing the image In the Google camera app i don't see the photosphere icon.
When viewing the image In the Quickpic app i get the following error:

And after i press OK i get the following:


Anyone else experience this?
What can i do?
