Mobile Hotspot can't be seen

I have a problem with two of my Galaxy S6s, one is rooted while one isn't. I can't seem to see the mobile hotspot and connect my MacBook Pro or either of my Galaxy S6s to either of the other phone's Mobile Hotspot. Anyone having this problem?

1st phone (G920F): Rooted on XstreStoLite V2.2 Baseband BOFJ. Build Number BOGG

2nd phone (G920F): non-rooted on Official COH2 France Firmware Baseband COH2. Build number COH2
