I have a custom background on the lock screen, home screen, and stock messaging screen (the one with the chat bubbles).
However, within the phone's setting menu the theme wallpaper is being used.
Honestly, I'm starting to feel like the option to change that background is right under my nose. I. Just. Can't. See. It!
