[Cyanogenmod 12.1] [Unoffical] Video problem - Alcatel 6043D

Hey guys, i have a problem on my Rom, The Problem is the rom cant capture Video, When i trying to capture a video its says "Cant Connect to the Camera" I download the app named "CM Camera Fix" it didn't work, How can i solve this issue can anyone help me?
*I have a AOSP 4.4.2 rom of my phone, so i can port something if its neccessary
*My phone is Alcatel Idol X+ (6043D)
