Hello! I badly NEEDED your help guys!
My Device is Samsung Galaxy S3 GT-I9300.
I have installed a new firmware, its android version is 4.3 and an open line version for Philippines.
But I can't make calls and sms, and I can't receive call and sms. (I have tested all the 4.3 version that is open line from sammobile.com, but it didn't work to my carrier)
The only solution I think is to flash a new modem, or to bring it back to its default stockrom which is 4.1.2(this device is bought from Israel, but it works to our carriers in the Philippines.)
