Hello bros,
I have successfully installed knone's build of CM12.1 for ASUS Zenfone 5. There is an annoying bug that makes my device freeze and reboot randomly many times a day. I read that unlocking the bootloader is what causes the phone to freeze randomly (i have since then reverted to stock ROM and relocked the bootloader, confirming that the bug had disappeared).
Now I have a new installation of CM12.1 and have been trying to relock the bootloader. I flashed files extracted from the ASUS official ROM zip file, in this order: stock recovery, dnx, ifwi. Everything returns "SUCCESS", but the bootloader seems to be still unlocked (I have tested it flashing TWRP and it allows me to flash without any warning, which indicates an unlocked bootloader). CM12.1 boots normally, and as expected the bug persists.
Do you have any better instructions on how to effectively relock the bootloader? In case this doesn't work, I can revert to stock ROM, so it costs nothing to try...
Thanks in advance!
