unable to format and stock flash rom with odin

i have samsung galaxy pocket GTS5300 i had deleted system apps after rooting my phone and one day i restarted it and it started to hang whenever i tried to open apps like whatsapp, facebook [big apps] but opera mini [1 mb ] app worked for more time and then hangs tried to format and it says skipping format tried to flash rom with odin it also fails help please
