Sprint Note 4 Data Connection error MSI 131

I am experiencing Data connection error after I upgraded to 5.1.1. I get this message only when I have mobile data connected. Factory reset and upgrding prl and profile didn't help either. Does anyone have solution for this? I would appreciate it.
