soft bircked & YGDP not working a311

please help me.. i soft bricked my nitro a311 & try to flash stock rom with the help of YGDP.. but it is stucking at "Enetering download mode"..

please tell me how can i flash to stock rom in brief...:(:(:crying::crying:
