Samsung pay for rooted/non us phones?

Hi,
Is there any way to port the samsung pay apk to work with galaxy s6 for other countries than korea and US? I want to be able to use at least the MST part of samsung pay. Can anybody write xposed module or modify the apk itself to make it work everywhere?
