S4 on 0F1. Searching for service error

I just got the S4 a few days ago. Updated to 0F1 stock never rooted before. When I am at work I have a bad signal area and I lose service completely. When I do that it starts searching for service and will not get service until I restart phone. Turning airplane mode on and off doesn't work. Tried clearing cache in recovery. Nothing. Google has some fixes that I tried but don't work like typing some codes in the dialer but nothing pops up. Any ideas?
