Rear camera glass lens scratched badly

Hey guys i have notice just one day out of my regular case my rear camera glass lens is scratched really. not a bif issue as camera app does not capture scratched line but still how is it this easy to be scratched. also searching for replacement parts and tutorial how to changed parts
