[Q]Mobile data problem

I have the problem that when my phone uses mobile data i can browse and download stuff with every browser but can't send whatsapp-messages, can't stream music over spotify...
I dont't know if it is aproblem from cyanogenmod my fault, testet serveral roms based on cm12.1, same problem.
I changed even my APN's.
Made 2 logcats, one with wifi and one with mobile data.
