[Q] Help! 1050F is almost dead

I updated my 1050F to lollipop Chinese version in May, but it has no Google suites, no google play, no gmail, no chrome...... I tried the following steps:
1, Install the google framework, failed, not to mention chrome/gmail/google play.
2, Rooted it following the "All-In-One Guide" thread, the rooting was successful, but still failed when I tried to install the Google suites.
3, Tried to downgrade to Kitkat, following some directions by flash some "flash.xml" file in Intel Flash Tool, failed again when flashed the ESP (about 26% or 33% of the total progress).

Then I got the semi-brick now. What I can now are only the 3 actions:
1, Press only the Power button, it stucks at the "Powered by Android".
2, Press Power + Volume up and Volume down, it displays "fast boot starting..."
3, Enter the original Recovery, and try to install a stock fireware which I had saved on the external card, failed.

My questions:
1, How can I recover the 1050F to any version of Android?
2, How to downgrade from Lollipop to Kitkat?
