I've just bought a new S6 Edge which is supposed to be one of the best Android smartphones around, yet I am unable to get the coolest android feature, the 'Ok Google' hotword to work on it when the phone is charging. When the phone isn't connected to a charger, the hotword works on any screen, with exception when the phone is locked and screen is off.
I use this feature a lot while driving and it appears it is crippled on the S6 which I find most frustrating. Can you please advise if I have configured something wrong, or whether it's a known issue or has Samsung intentionally disabled this feature?
