I have posted quite a few roms on Z1 threads. They were modifications of official versions. I thought I'd made so many changes that they could be incorporated in a separate rom. That's how Jaguar Rom was born. It is based primarily on AOSP, then some Slimrom and Dirtyunicorn flavors. No CM/Google analytics and stats. You know how I love Google...:cool:
Featrues:
1. Obviously all latest AOSP
2. Layers are in as well as Layers Manager. Layers are totally fixed, so, you can use many availabe on XDA and Google play. My favorite is Scarlet: it gives you total TRDS experience with dark red accents. You won't have any white on white or black and black things.
3. Status bar; Nav bar; Slim recents; QS; advanced reboot with soft reboot included
4. Development section has an option of putting CPU info on screen, so that you can see your cores at work and temperature
5. Kernel Auditor is in: many kernel settings including voltage; mp decision; cpu and gpu frequencies; sound; kcal and many more
6. My version of M5 kernel with cpu overclock to 2457 and gpu to 600
7. My own hardened features including removal of spying IPs (that your
system wants to regularly connect and report)
8. Modified iptables and iptable6 bianries, which unlike the Google's ones, won't let system apps and kernel to connect to various servers (if you install Afwal)
9. Background wifi disabled - for privacy and battery sake
10. Control over wifi energy savings is given to Android framework, as opposed to qcom proprietary driver (no wifi disconnect or battery draining)
11. TWRP 2.8.7 in boot.img with manual brightness fixed (my own fix that was committed to Slimroms)
12. SU included

Instructions:
1. Have TWRP, unlocked bootloader and root
2. In TWRP, wipe data/factory reset, then wipe System/Data/Cache/Dalvik
3. Flash the rom
4. If you use xposed, flash the latest installer
5. Reboot and enjoy.
Warning: If your device and/or anyone in the immediate vicinity dies, don't blame me: it is all China and Russia's fault. :laugh:
