Need assistance for a schoolproject - Listview Database app

Hello to you all.
I'm currentely busy working on a school project. My problem is that I know barely anything about android development, I'm a slow learner and I couldn't keep up. Deadline is in a week from today, and I'm freaking out, because I don't know what to do next. :confused:

Now, I have to make a random app for my exam, that meets some requirements. Does anyone would like to assist me while chatting through skype or something (no voice chat)? I'll explain what I have to do. xDolceFalls is my username.
