Moto g 2015 back cover produces clicking noise??

I have moto g 2015 16gb variant and when I apply little or medium pressure at back then it creates clicking noise ,I want to know if anyone of you having this problem and whether this will affect the water resistant or not since back is not properly fit, please confirm it !!!
