So in the PC world there are all sorts of tools you can download and load onto a CD or a flash drive to troubleshoot and fix various issues.
I was wondering if there were such programs (apps?) for phones?
I have a micro-usb flash drive and would love to be able to load up some software on it that I can use to help out people around me.
