Google Play Services 8.1 introduces New numbering scheme

For those on lollipop starting with Play Services 8.1 google has introduces a new numbering theme. To find out which one you need to download read this that was posted on apkmirror.com

Notes / What's New
This is the first time we saw a build ending with -2XX.

It seems that -4XX is now for Marshmallow+, and -2XX is for Lollipop+. I.e., if you're on Lollipop, and you had -438 before, now you'll need -238, etc.

*WARNING*: We've seen reports of constant crashes with these. Proceed at your own risk.

If you want to try it you can go to apkmirror and download it and install it. it should still be on the front page, if not go here and scroll down to find your version https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/google...play-services/ . It seems to work for me but I don't know if it will work for everybody

For those that don't know how to see which version of play services you have: To figure out the right version of Google Play services for your Android device, go to Settings -> Apps -> Google Play services, and look at the last 3 numbers in the parentheses

Hopefully this will help those who update Google Play Services manually.
