So basically my WIFi stopped working a few days, that "Unable to scan for networks" bug and i decided to flash a new ROM. Eventually i managed to get some 4.0.4 one working buuut the Wifi usb tethering was broken or something, so i decided to try and go back to the stock ROM (as a few other roms, including the CM11/12, weren't booting). I downloaded the European/Eastern European ROMs from this topic but for some reason the Tethering was still not working. My main phone's tethering is working perfectly fine but i don't want to ruin its battery by letting it charge all the time so i want to get my Explorer fixed. Any idea what could be causing this?
tl;dr : Stock ROM, usb tethering is not working, need help
PS: Tried the tethering on other PCs, didn't work. 3rd party tethering DOES work but it really kills the speed, hardly an option.
