Does your XT1540 have "OK Google" voice access on all screens

My Moto X and E has voice recon via all aspect of OS... i.e. "Ok Google"

My moto G xt1540 is only recognizing the voice command via home screen and google now cards...

-Google Voice setting only has one switch unlike my other motos via
----Google settings-Search & Now-Voice-"ok Google" detection-From the Google app (only setting on page)---

-Voice input is set to basic , and will not Stay on Enhanced via:
------settings-language & input-speech -"voice input" -----

Wondering if you all have same issue? an yes language is set to English (US)
