Big problem, stuck on HTC logo

Hi! a friend give me a htc wildfire for a few days until i wait my htc one m8, but the phone is stuck on htc logo, from movistar.

I try a few ruus but all says "its not compatible" or i need to update my phone, what can i do?

I cant open the bootloader because i need to update the hboot i think but i cant..
