I am facing auto restart problem with my S3 Neo smartphone. It tends to restart in between calls and even when it is idle. I have been to the service flagship service centre in noida 5 times.
1st visit: They installed the new software
2nd Visit: They asked me to uninstall an antivirus app
3 rd visit: i was able to make a video of the auto restarting issue. I showed them the video.
then they submitted my phone for keeping it under observation.
I was informed that the mother board and battery is replaced and now it will work absolutely fine. But the problem still persisted.
4th Visit: I was told that the issue might be with the memory card installed. They factory reseted the phone and asked me to use the phone without memory card.
5th visit: the problem got worse. The phone began to auto restart several times. I was able to make several videos. I showed them those videos and they have submitted the phone again.
