Flash T mobile stock firmware onto SM-N910A?

I'm using an at&t note 4 on tmobile and was wondering if it is possible to flash tmobile stock firmware in order to use features like wifi calling? I figured since the hardware is the same that it might be possible. I'm sure someone has instruction somewhere on how to do this but I have been unable to find it. Any help would be appreciated. this is what smart switch is saying i have and can update to. i tried to update using the software but it just freezes like it greys it self out. i heard that a phone that had root on it cannot update. but i remove the root months back. i tried to download other stock roms for my phone but all servers i tried are really slow and fails to download.

I tried lock bootloader, still not work, only phone did not start up, so I again unlock bootloader with code what flashtool readed from it.

I have no experiences with this, do I need anything else except lock bootloader to stock firmware work? Like is needed reflash some boot.img etc?

adding firmware to flash tool on mac

so I've been trying to root my sony z3 compact. i have managed to find the proper firmware downgrade and downloaded flash tool to my mac. All of the guides i have read online were for use with a pc. They will always say to drag the firmware file into the flash tool folder on the c drive. Well i don't have a c drive and have tried searching for folders with the name flash tool and nothing has come up. What am I doing wrong here

Phone stuck after firmware flash

Hi everyone.
I try to root my Z3 with Locked Bootloader with this guide

The first thing that do is to flash firmware version like written in the guide by using "Flashtool".

After the firmware flashing processes the phone is turn on and stuck on log screen (the blue animation).
How can i fix it?

No OS installed, don't know what region of firmware to download

So I tried to root my Samsung Galaxy S6 today using TWRP and it got stuck in a boot loop. I went to wipe to cache and accidentally wiped to system. So now there is no OS installed. I know I need to somehow put an OS on the device but I'm in Canada and when I go to samsung's site to download the firmware, there is no Canada option. I bought the phone off of amazon and it came with a European wall charger because it was imported, but how do I know what firmware to download?
Also, when I have found the right firmware, how do I flash it onto the device? I can no longer access TWRP, all I can get is the downloading screen thing. Can I use Odin/how do I use Odin?
Somebody help me I'm panicking because I broke my brand new phone!

How to get the nexus firmware on the s5?

No offense to Samsung, but I kinda hate the touchwiz and all the other clunky components of the s5 running lollipop. Unfortunately I didn't know this when I bought my s5 for 0 or I would have gotten a nexus instead. I've been told by a friend that it's possible to get the firmware used on the nexus 6 (the original lollipop) on my s5 if I root. I'm not afraid of rooting, but I can't seem to find anything about getting the unaltered lollipop on my s5. I don't know if this is even possible, but material design is the reason for my existence at the moment and my s5 running lollipop doesn't have enough of it. Thanks in advance if anyone replies.
(btw, searching for "stock lollipop on s5" in google only gives me the samsung-altered firmware for the s5, so I was hoping someone here could help)

hello guys ...i have lg g2 sprint ls.... 980 after updating zvd to zve..my phone touch is not working properly...phantom touches ...random selection...are occuring...i have searched...and found touch firmware update might help.....but problem is there is no touch firmware update option....in hidden menu..
there are following options....
device test
elt test...
factory reset
log service
wvdrm services
there are suppose to be a hw device test menu......in which touch firmware can be updated...
or any other solution to get touch working....
.though i have also flashed back to zvd...but now nothing is working.....even not on lolipop....custom roms...zvc...

Gran Duos won't boot, restart on logo but works with usb recent flashed firmware

Hello guys, hope anybody here had this problem and was able to solve it.

I have a GT-I9082L from a friend here.
The phone won't boot, he was using the phone and suddenly it got crazy and started vibrate non stop.
When he tried to turn his phone on, it goes to the samsung initial logo (the one that display the model, at the very start), and reboot. It keeps doing this.

So I decided to flash the stock firmware via Odin, it was sucessful. The phone was working fine while it was with the usb plugged in (right after I flashed the FW).
When I unplugged the USB, the phone restarted and came back to the same problem.
I decided to flash again, same problem. It keeps running just fine but as soon as I remove the usb cable, the same thing happens, reboot and reboot.

I think the phone is not being able to keep the files in the internal storage. Somehow when I unplug the cable, it seems to erase all files inside.

Does anybody had the same problem? Or somthing similar?
What should I do?

How rooting and stock firmware updates work on Moto X Play?

So, I'm coming from a "dead" Sammy Galaxy S3. I want to know of you, Moto users, how are these things no Moto X Play. I mean..
In my dead S3, I rooted using Odin and, when stock updates still existed, I was unable to update on phone and had to use Odin to flash the whole rom. After this, the root access disappear and I had to root it again using Odin.

How this things works on Motorola devices? I have already learned how to root the X Play but, after rooting, how do I update my stock firmware when any update become available? Do I have to update in the phone in the stock method (like a dream :fingers-crossed:) or Motorola devices got a flashing tool such as Odin?

How can I update my firmware for HTC One M8 CID 332?

I have an HTC One M8 unrooted and with bootloader locked S-ON with Telcel carrier here in Mexico. The unlocking bootloader and rooting process is no problem, the issue is that I have been reading through posts and forums about custom ROMS and want to install ViperROM or SkyDragon both with Sense 7, but it clearly states that I have to upgrade my firmware, the only problem is that my modleid matched, but my CID is 332 (for latam) and I haven't found any upgrades for that firmware exclusively. I've gone through tons of posts, and forums in English and Spanish to no avail. Any help in pointing me to the right direction would be appreciated.:)

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2014 (smp-600) firmware update

Well, I have the tablet for well a year and a half, and have loved it.
I have kept it stock and accepted all firmware updates blindly as I never had an issue with them, until the one I got a few days ago.

Ever since this most recent update the tablet has been running extremely hot, and battery life went from acceptable (several hours a day) down to less then 1 hour of run time since this update.

Of course I didn't note what version I was running before the update, but I can tell you what I am running now:

Android 4.4.2
Kernel 3.4.39-1462259
Build KOT49H.P600UEUCOI1

What is very odd is that I don't see anyone posting anything about recent updates to their SMP-600??? was I slow to get an older update? I keep set to auto and is always connected.

I did see a post about a cracked battery connector, and while I cant dismiss this may be the problem, the fact is that the overheating and battery life issues started immediately after this update and not after a drop or any other physical abuse that I would associate with a cracked batter connector. This thing lives on my sofa and never leaves.

Anywho, just looking to get any thoughts out there about this update? At this point I suppose I would like to roll it back to what it was previously.
Thoughts? do I just root it now and try a different firmware? or do I have to root to roll it back?

i am trying to flash stock firmware N9005XXUGBOH8 but after download it i got error with winrar while extract tells me "archive is corrupt" and continue extracting , should i flash it or it may damage my mobile !

I don't want to flash the Russian firmware as there are no final lollipop builds for Russia yet.

So my options are Caucasus, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
