Z3+ Clock Speed

Hi sent my Z3+ to Sony for repair since the camera was closing in seconds
Now the phone behaves much better, doesnt overheat like it did before
But CPU -Z showed clocked at 1.6
384-1.56
Is that normal, just wanted to know,Thanks
