Yahoo Mail Notifications Are Not Working

On my Nexus 4 my Gmail notifications are working properly, but not my Yahoo Mail notifications (No LED or sound, even though I verify that the emails have arrived). So, leads me to believe it is a Yahoo issue and I may just have to wait for a Yahoo update, but wondering if it could also be Lollipop related and/or maybe there is a setting I am missing. Not sure at which point it started happening, but it was pretty recently. Anyone else run into this?

Currently running:
Lollipop 5.1.1 Build LMY48I (Latest version)
Yahoo Mail 4.9.2 (Latest version)

Tried:
1) Clearing Yahoo Mail Data and Cache
2) Reinstalling Yahoo Mail and resetting up all accounts
3) Checked the following notification settings:
a) Settings > Apps > Yahoo Mail. "Show Notifications" is turned on.
b) Settings > Sound & Notification. When device is locked “Don't show notifications at all”. (NOTE: This setting has no effect no matter what it is set to with regards to Yahoo Mail LED or sound. Also, even if notifications are turned off, GMAIL still lights the LED and makes a sound).
c) Settings > Sound & Notification. "Pulse notification light" is turned on.
d) Settings > Sound & Notification > App notifications > Yahoo Mail. Notifications are not blocked.
