Wifi Issue

My moto e randomly stopped switching the wifi on 2 days ago.....it kept sliding back and switching off......i hard reset my phone....and the problem was still persistent
i also gave it to a mobile store that said that there is a hardware problem...and the service centre wants to change my motherboard at 80% of the cost of the mobile -_-
is there any hope of fixing the mobile now?
