Hi, I need some help please. I received my new Nvidia SHIELD replacement the other day and it does not recognize any of my USB devices (external HDD, mouse, keyboard). The same devices that does not work on the new tablet connects automatically to my old SHIELD tablet with the Y01 battery. Is there a setting I'm forgetting about to make USB devices connect? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
