thc j one probleme

hi to all i have an htc j one htl22 i i was trying to change the mid and cid i couldn't finish so i remove the usb cable from the phone to restart it on go to boatload and then chut down now i cant turn it on but when iconnect it to my pc i can hear and see it installing
