SIM CARD Not detected / IMEI unknown FIX (for Android 5.X)

There are quite a few modem fixes floating around for C6802 but a lot of them don't work with android 5.1 (i tried every single one of them)

ISSUE
I have a c6802 and i just couldn't get any custom rom to detect my sim card, thus no cellular network. The IMEI was unknown or blank. Here's how to fix it

FIX
- Boot into recovery
- Make a backup
- flash the custom rom you want
- flash GApps (if applicable)
- flash the attached file (modem)
- Wipe cache/dalvik
- reboot

WORKS WITH
This will work for any 5.x based custom rom.
