Screen tearing!!

I never had this issue on my last N6 (unlocked). It took a swim and now I'm on a Verizon N6. Every custom ROM and kernel combo I have tried results in vertical screen tearing. I can get it back normal by rebooting.

Any suggestions? Bad hardware?
