Recover IMEI and Serial No

I Bought Galaxy S4 I9505 from local market when i connect my device to Samsung kies it's said failed to connect and also it doesn't have the software update option in the phone. I went to the Samsung Service Center they told me the Phone is Original but the Sticker inside the Phone behind the battery is Fake. Is there any way should i recover my Phone IMEI & Serial No to it's Original State.
